Printing Your Calendar
Basic Printing
Printing a calendar from Outlook follows the normal procedures in Office products.
- Click the File menu.
- Click Print...
- In the new window, choose your Print style. Normally, these are Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Tri-fold (daily, tasks and weekly views) and Calendar Details.
- Choose a range. Near the bottom of the window, choose a start date and an end date from the drop-down menus.
- Click Preview to make sure you've set things up the way you'd like.
- Close the preview window.
- Click OK.
Outlook will now print your calendar according to your specifications.
Customized Printing
If none of the available print styles suit your needs, you can customize them or create new ones.
- Click the File menu.
- Click Page setup.
- Click Define Print Styles
- In the new window, you can choose to Edit or Copy existing styles. Click edit to alter an existing style. Click copy to create a new style based on an existing style. The interface is the same in either case.
- In this new window, you can alter a number of variables. For instance, you can determine the starting and ending dates for printing, or choose whether you'd like to print your tasks with the calendar.
- Once you've finished, either click OK to save the changes or click Print to print off a copy in this style immediately.
