Resending an E-mail
In Outlook 2000/XP/2003:
- First, locate the desired email in the Sent Items folder in your Folder List.
- Double-click the e-mail to open it. A new window will appear with the contents of your e-mail displayed.
- Click the Actions bar at the top of the window, and choose Resend This Message from the drop-down menu.
- You may now edit the email just as if you were sending a new message. If everything is correct, simply click the Send button as usual, and your email will be sent again.
- A new copy of the message will be sent. You can check your Sent Items to verify that it has gone out.
In Outlook 2007:
- Locate the desired email in the Sent Items folder in your Folder List.
- Double-click the e-mail to open it. A new window will appear with the contents of your e-mail displayed.
- Click the Other Actions button in the actions section near the top of the window.
- Click Resend This Message.
- Make any changes you need to, then click Send.
